Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of kursksef.pl and the purchase and access to the online course on Poland's National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

2. Definitions

• Service — the website kursksef.pl
• Course — video materials and PDF documents available after purchase
• User — a person using the Service
• Buyer — a User who has purchased the Course

3. Purchase

Purchases are processed through Stripe. After payment confirmation, the Buyer receives immediate access to the Course. Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

4. Course Access

The Buyer receives lifetime access to the purchased version of the Course. Access is tied to the User account and cannot be transferred to third parties. Team licenses include up to 5 accounts.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Polish consumer law (Art. 38(13)), the right of withdrawal does not apply after digital content delivery has begun. By accepting these terms and accessing the Course, the Buyer consents to immediate delivery of digital content and waives the right of withdrawal.

6. Copyright

All Course materials are protected by copyright. The Buyer may use them for personal use only. Copying, sharing, or reselling materials is prohibited.

7. Liability

The Course is educational and does not constitute legal or tax advice. The operator is not responsible for decisions made based on Course materials.

8. Complaints

Complaints should be sent to kontakt@kursksef.pl. Complaints are processed within 14 business days.

9. Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of changes by email.
